Judith A. Lower specializes in real estate, environmental, land use and redevelopment law. She has represented non- and for-profit developers, landlords, tenants, and building and landowners.

Her experience in acquisitions and development has included representation of owners, developers and a redevelopment agency in negotiation and documentation of projects involving auto malls and individual dealerships, shopping centers, restaurants, and industrial and other commercial properties, including tax-deferred exchanges, public and private construction projects and builders control oversight.

She has also represented borrowers and institutional and individual lenders in negotiation and documentation of loan transactions and workouts involving real and personal property security and in bankruptcy proceedings.

Ms. Lower has represented landlords and tenants in the negotiation of industrial, shopping center and office leases, including assignment and subleasing transactions.

She is a member of the California State Bar and Los Angeles County Bar Association Real Property and Environmental Law Sections and the Los Angeles Chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women. Ms. Lower also serves on the Finance Committee of the Board of Trustees of Westminster Seminary in Escondido, California.
